Getting Started
View the Rewards Tracker on your phone in five short steps. Open the site, sign up, get approved, add it to your home screen, and log your sign-ups.
Open the tracker on your phone
In your phone's browser, type kings-rewards-tracker.com and press Go. Or scan the QR code your manager posted in the back of house.
Works on any modern phone. Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android.
Sign up with your info
Tap I'm New. Sign Up. Enter your first name, last name, work location, and clock-in PIN. Choose Server or Bartender.
Your clock-in PIN is the same one you use at the time clock.
Wait for manager approval
A manager confirms you on the roster. Once approved you can sign in and start logging. Give it a shift or two if the manager is busy.
Your name shows on the leaderboard as soon as your first entry is verified.
Add it to your home screen
The tracker opens like an app when you save it to your home screen. One tap, no re-typing the URL.
iPhone Safari
- Tap the Share button at the bottom.
- Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add. The crown icon lands on your home screen.
Android Chrome
- Tap the three dots in the top right.
- Tap Add to Home screen.
- Tap Add. Done.
Log your sign-ups
Open the app. Tap Track. Enter your PIN, then the number of rewards sign-ups for the day. Submit. A manager verifies and it hits the leaderboard.
Missed a day? Change the date before you submit. Not sure of the exact date? Flag it and a manager will confirm.
FAQ
Common questions
I did not get the sign-in email.
Check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, ask a manager to resend it. Managers can send a fresh invite from the Admin page.
My PIN is not working.
Your PIN on the tracker matches your clock-in PIN. If you recently changed it at the time clock, ask a manager to update it on the roster.
I forgot to log yesterday.
Open Track, choose yesterday's date, and submit. You can back-date up to 90 days. A manager still verifies.
Does this work on any phone?
Yes. Any current iPhone or Android with Safari or Chrome. Older phones work too, but Add to Home Screen is smoother on current versions.
Do I need to install an app?
No download. Adding it to your home screen makes it feel like an app, but nothing installs on your phone.
