The rules of the tool

What this is

Rewards Tracker is a private tool for tracking rewards program sign-ups at a hospitality venue. It is a CSolutions build (Carlos Crespo, sole proprietor). It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any venue or corporate brand. Location managers grant access to their staff on a per-venue basis.

Who can use it

You may use Rewards Tracker only if a location manager has approved your access request and you are entering sign-ups on behalf of your own work at your assigned venue.

Acceptable use

• Only enter accurate sign-up counts.
• Only enter sign-ups you personally generated.
• Do not use another employee's PIN.
• Do not enter data for any venue other than the one you were approved for.
• Do not export, screenshot, or share leaderboard content outside your venue's team.
• Do not attempt to access, modify, or delete other users' entries without manager authority.

Manager verification

Every entry you submit is a request. It does not count on the board until a manager at your venue verifies it. Managers may edit or reject entries they judge inaccurate.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email and staff PIN confidential. Sign out on shared devices at the end of your shift.

Service disclaimer

This tool is provided "as-is", without warranty. Data loss, downtime, and bugs may occur. Do not use it as the sole record of anything with financial or employment consequences without keeping a separate backup.

Termination

CSolutions may suspend or remove any account, at any time, for any reason, including inactivity, misuse, or a location choosing to leave the tool. You may request account deletion at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CSolutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this tool.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
