Who we are

Rewards Tracker is a private tool built by CSolutions (Carlos Crespo, sole proprietor, Massachusetts). It is intended for use by hospitality venue managers and staff to record and verify rewards program sign-ups. It is not affiliated with any venue or corporate entity.

What we collect

• Account email: used to send you a sign-in link and to identify you inside the app.
• First and last name: shown on the leaderboard and on entries you create.
• Work location: determines which venue's roster and board you see.
• Staff PIN: a short numeric code that scopes entries to you at your venue. Treat it like a badge number, not a password.
• Rewards sign-up counts: the numbers you (or your manager) enter, with the date and manager verification status.
• Session cookie: an authentication cookie set by our hosting provider (Supabase) so you stay signed in on the device.

We do not collect guest data, phone numbers, addresses, payment information, IP-based location, or any tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

To let managers record and verify staff sign-up counts, display a venue-scoped leaderboard, and produce a simple audit trail. That is the only purpose.

Where it lives

All data is stored in a Supabase Postgres project hosted in the United States (us-east-1). Rows are protected by row-level security policies so a user at one venue cannot read another venue's roster or entries. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Who can see it

• Managers at your specific venue location.
• The site administrator (Carlos Crespo) for support and moderation.
• Nobody else. There are no third-party analytics vendors, ad networks, or data brokers wired into this app.

How long we keep it

Account records are kept for as long as your account is active. Entries are kept as part of the audit trail for as long as the location uses the tool. You may request full deletion of your account and its history at any time; we'll process it within seven days.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, correction of anything inaccurate, or full deletion of your account. Email crespo1301@gmail.com from the email address on file.

Changes

If we materially change this policy we'll update the effective date above and notify signed-in users on their next sign-in.
